Warehouse Cinemas CEO appointed to Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation Board of Directors

HAGERSTOWN, MD:

Warehouse Cinemas is excited to share that President and CEO Rich Daughtridge has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation. In addition to his experience as the President and CEO of Warehouse Cinemas, Daughtridge is also the President of the Independent Cinema Alliance (ICA), a cinema trade association dedicated to growing and strengthening independent cinemas in the United States.

"I am deeply honored to join the Board of Directors of the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation," says Daughtridge, "I look forward to contributing to an organization that has such a profound impact on the film and cinema industries."

The Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation is dedicated to offering vital support and compassionate services to individuals in the theater industry—whether they're working in exhibition, distribution, or as vendors—who are facing the challenges of accidents, injuries, or illnesses. Our mission is to help these remarkable individuals navigate their hardships and rebuild their lives with the dignity and care they deserve.

About the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation:

Founded in 1939 by entertainment industry friends, the Foundation of Motion Picture Pioneers (FMPP) was established in 1951 to aid industry members in financial need through the Pioneers Assistance Fund. In 2002, FMPP merged with the Will Rogers Memorial Fund, creating the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation, significantly enhancing its charitable impact.

Today, the Pioneers Assistance Fund provides financial assistance and supportive counseling to members of the film industry encountering an accident, illness, injury or life-altering event. The foundation supports industry veterans' immediate needs and long-term success. Industry veterans facing tough times can rely on the Pioneers Assistance Fund for comprehensive support. The foundation also operates Brave Beginnings and the Will Rogers Institute.
