The offer
 Every Tuesday, each movie ticket to all movies being shown at a participating Warehouse Cinema location areis $7.00 (USD) during such location’s operating hours, subject to the terms and conditions set forth, below.

In the event that any certain film cannot or is not offered due to events outside of the control of Warehouse Cinemas, including, but not limited to, technology failure, force majeure events, under supply, government shutdown, or the selling out of any such item or film, such films shall be removed from this offer immediately until such film becomes available, again. By participating in this offer, each participating patron acknowledges and agrees to such terms and hereby waives and releases each such participating Warehouse Cinema location from any and all liability in connection with same. To be clear, Warehouse Cinemas shall face no liability in connection with the failure to offer any such film which is not offered hereunder for reasons outside of its control or for commercially reasonable reasons in its sole judgement.

Dates and eligibility Valid on Tuesdays only, during the Promotional Period. The offer is available to all guests, who are in full compliance with Warehouse Cinemas policies, including the Warehouse Cinemas general Terms of Service, and requires no membership or coupon. Pricing applies in-theater and, at participating locations only, on online ticket purchases for eligible, offered and available Tuesday showtimes.

Exclusions  The $7.00 (USD) ticket price applies to standard, individual movie tickets only. The following are expressly excluded from this offer: private theater rentals, special engagements, advance festival or event screenings, and any third-party or distributor-mandated pricing that Warehouse Cinemas is contractually required to honor.

General conditions
All prices exclude applicable sales taxes and any other governmental taxes or charges, including without limitation admissions and amusement taxes, and any additional fees such as online booking fees, service charges, convenience fees, and surcharges. This offer is valid only on the specified promotional day and may be limited to select showtimes, formats, locations, or menu items. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, loyalty reward, or promotion. It has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. Warehouse Cinemas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice. Void where prohibited. TAPPY HOUR

Tappy Hour is a limited-time promotional offer available only at participating Warehouse Cinemas locations on designated dates, during designated hours (dates and hours determined by Warehouse Cinemas in its sole discretion), and while supplies last. Warehouse Cinemas may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.

Participation in Tappy Hour is also governed by, and subject to, the general Warehouse Cinemas Terms of Service.

The offer applies only to eligible alcoholic beverages specifically designated by Warehouse Cinemas for the Tappy Hour promotion.

The offer is valid only at participating locations and only where permitted by applicable federal, state, and local law.

Prices, participation, beverage selection, serving sizes, and availability may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

The offer may not be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotion, reward, package, or special pricing unless expressly stated by Warehouse Cinemas.

All alcohol sales and service are subject to applicable licensing requirements, lawful service hours, and venue operating policies.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages and must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.

Warehouse Cinemas reserves the right to verify age for any guest and to deny service if identification is unavailable, expired, altered, or otherwise unacceptable under applicable law or policy.

Alcohol may be purchased and consumed only on the licensed premises and may not be removed from the premises. Alcohol must be consumed in full compliance with all other Warehouse Cinemas policies and the law.

Alcohol service is available only to guests who are lawfully eligible to purchase and consume alcohol and who comply with all posted rules and staff instructions. Warehouse Cinemas may deny alcohol service to any individual that it deems is not in full compliance with these terms or is impaired or intoxicated by alcohol, drugs or other substances.

Warehouse Cinemas reserves the right to limit the number of alcoholic beverages sold per transaction, per person, or per visit, including limiting service to one drink at a time when required by law or venue policy.

No rain checks, substitutions, cash redemption, credits, or price adjustments will be provided except where required by law.

Warehouse Cinemas reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, programming, and advertising errors at any time.

Alcohol Service and Conduct

Alcohol service under Tappy Hour is conditioned on safe service practices and compliance with liquor laws, license conditions, and management direction.

Service may be refused or discontinued for any lawful reason, including suspected intoxication, lack of valid identification, disorderly conduct, suspected sharing with underage persons, or any behavior that creates a safety, compliance, or operational concern.

Guests may not purchase alcohol for any underage person, provide alcohol to any underage person, or attempt to circumvent identification or service requirements.

Intoxicated, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe guests may be removed from the premises without refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Warehouse Cinemas may impose quantity limits, cutoff times, location restrictions, or additional purchase conditions based on local law, license terms, staffing, event conditions, or operational judgment.

Management decisions regarding alcohol service, eligibility, enforcement, and guest conduct are final and in the sole discretion of Warehouse Cinemas.

Location-Specific Compliance Addendum

Tappy Hour is offered only at locations that hold the required alcoholic beverage license and only in compliance with the restrictions applicable to that location’s license class and jurisdiction.

For Maryland cinema operations, alcoholic beverage sales at a movie theater may be subject to specific statutory conditions tied to cinema or theater license authority, including on-premises service conditions and operational requirements associated with the licensed venue.

Tappy Hour is offered only where permitted by law and only at locations holding the required alcoholic beverage license, permitted products, and service hours applicable to that jurisdiction.

Liability and Reservation of Rights

Participation in Tappy Hour constitutes acceptance of these terms and of all applicable Warehouse Cinemas policies governing admission, conduct, concessions, and alcohol service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warehouse Cinemas reserves the right to interpret these terms, to enforce them in its sole judgment, and to refuse, suspend, or terminate service or participation for any guest whose conduct may violate law, policy, licensing requirements, or safe-service standards.

Warehouse Cinemas is not responsible for losses or damages arising from promotion unavailability, product shortages, system errors, or lawful service refusals.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights, obligations, or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
