Enjoy the ultimate movie night with the privacy of just you and your guests. A Private Movie Screening means you reserve every seat in your auditorium—no other guests, no distractions, just your group and the big screen.
Private screening pricing varies by location, auditorium size, day of the week, and showtime, with starting costs typically ranging from $472–$2,466.
Due to studio agreements, all private screenings require a full auditorium buyout, calculated as the equivalent of a sold-out theater.
You may choose from a currently playing film or select titles from our retro film library, based on availability.
We cannot book movies that do not yet have tickets available for sale. Placeholder dates may be noted; however, we are unable to confirm a specific showing date or time until ticket sales and official bookings are released.

PRIVATE SCREENING DETAILS
Private screenings are available on Mondays, Thursdays, Wednesdays and Sundays
Showtime options: 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:30 PM, or 9:00 PM
Auditorium access begins 15 minutes before showtime
Guests must exit 5 minutes after final credits
Reservations are first come, first served
Payment must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the event

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your selected location, auditorium size, showtime, and day of the week. All private screenings require a full auditorium buyout.Can we book a movie that hasn’t opened yet?No. Private screenings may only be booked for films that currently have tickets available for sale.Can I get a refund on unused seats?
No. Unused tickets from a private screening are non-refundable.How early can I be in the auditorium?
Access to the auditorium begins 15 minutes prior to showtime and ends 5 minutes after the final credits.Can we bring our own snacks?Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A $100 outside food and beverage fee
may be applied if you wish to bring in your own items.Is there a private party space for gathering?Warehouse Cinemas does not offer private party rooms, however some locations you are able to rent out beer garden space.Can we purchase food and drinks?Yes! Concessions and bar items may be purchased prior to your screening.What is the cancellation policy?We're very grateful for having you join us, all this time. Unfortunately, any purchases before your account creation date will not earn you any points.
