Accessible Seating
Wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seating are available in every auditorium. Accessible seating locations are identified during the ticket purchase process and are reserved for guests with disabilities and their companions. All seating designated as “handicapped” has the wheelchair symbol and is reserved for the disabled and their companions.
Assistive Devices
Assistive listening devices and closed-caption devices are available upon request at the theatre, subject to availability.
Personal Communication Devices
To provide the best possible movie-going experience, guests are asked to refrain from using cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, or other electronic devices once previews begin. Devices should be silenced, dimmed, and put away during the presentation.
Guests who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices because of a disability may request an accommodation to this policy by speaking with a manager or usher before the presentation begins.
Service Animals
Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome in our theatres. Service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times. Warehouse Cinemas reserves the right to require removal of a service animal that is out of control or not housebroken, consistent with applicable law. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
